Education is important to us. We believe that when people understand their options and how the law can be used to their advantage, they can make better plans for themselves and their families. Here is a short description of our free educational workshops that we offer on a regular basis. If you would like to know when and where our next workshops will be scheduled, please call our office (419-872-7670) for details and to make your reservations.

- SAVING TAXES on your estate, maximizing the amount to be passed to your loved ones, and
- CALCULATING THE TRUE COST of your estate plan so you can really understand what is best for you and your loved ones.

Planning for Nursing Home Care
-
the Myths of Medicaid Qualification

Leave a Legacy of Values, Hopes, and Dreams
"Family Education Workshops"
Our Family Education Workshops are available exclusively for members of our Trust Annual Maintenance Program TM. The purpose of our Family Education Workshops is to help our clients and their helpers have a better understanding of the workings of their trust plans. We have found over the years that the more our clients and their families understand their estate plans, and the more prepared they all are, the better the plan will work.
In these workshops, we re-examine the benefits of planning with a Living Trust plan (protections, control, and saving money), and discuss how trusts operate during different phases of their operation. We look specifically at what happens if a Trustmaker becomes disabled, what happens when a spouse passes away, and how separate trust shares are ultimately created and administered for the trust beneficiaries.
Serving clients with Living Trusts, Wills, Elder Law issues, Medicaid and Veterans Planning, Probate Estates and Trust Administration, Business Law and Business Planning, and Real Estate Law in Perrysburg and Wood County, Ohio, as well as clients in Toledo, Maumee, Sylvania and all of Lucas County, and Fulton, Henry, Defiance, Sandusky and Ottawa Counties.
